Break Time... Beach Time

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The opening of the school year last June had been a very exhausting moment for all the kids.The busy preparations and the adjustments they have taken with their new mentors, classmates and new learning levels. Since then, they have been very focused on their studies and we knew that they too need some break.

Together with the Chua couple and the house parents who've also worked hard in support to these children, they all together enjoyed a 1 day beach day. The event was held in a nearby beach resort. Though the simplicity of the event greatly marked because of lack of funds for this intention but we have seen great joy in everyone's face. The time was set for them to unwind, have a break from the stressful pressures of the school, and have a great playing and bonding time in a lovely setting like this. This would also recharge them as they continue facing the challenges in their lives especially with their studies. One big happy family is such a caption that would best describe this day.
