A Stepping Stone for a Brighter Future

Maila, Danilo and Jacinto (clients) could hardly recall that very moment they first stepped their elementary school, but the whole experience, laughters, and tears remained fresh and clear to reminisce.  
It had been six years of a great journey. A journey which enabled them to gain the knowledge, molded their values and personalities and pushed their hearts to aspire for greater things in life. Six years of being an elementary student led them to gain many friends, be able to know considerate mentors and taught them to exert all the best in their studies.
After six years of elementary education, they finally made it, last April 1, 2009, the three of them cheerfully marched and received their diplomas during their school graduation.
This moment of their lives, is a great stepping stone that will enable them to soar higher and face life's circumstances with joy, confidence and trust in the Lord.

Summer Youth Camp 2009

April 23, 24 and 25, 2009 were very exciting days for our center-based and community youth beneficiaries, as we have gathered them for a very significant event, the Summer Youth Camp 2009.
The goal of this 3 days camp was to raise-up leaders filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Indeed the theme of the camp was "Fresh Fire, Fresh Wind".
There were more than 80 youth campers who actively participated in all the learning sessions, competitively joined the challenges, cheerfully joined the different games and activities and completed the whole 3 days event. We have also invited few Pastors to be the resource speakers during our revival night activity which made this event a very powerful one and have truly impacted every camper's lives.
To date, the leaders that we have raised-up and trained, are working at New Life Children's Church as volunteer leaders. It is such a great joy to see this younger generation on fire with the Holy Spirit and have dedicated their lives for Jesus and in helping other people in every special way they can.
